欢迎使用Redai大模型聚合平台（以下简称"本平台"）。本服务条款（以下简称"条款"）是您与本平台运营方之间具有法律约束力的协议。通过访问或使用本平台服务，您确认已阅读、理解并同意受本条款的约束。如您不同意本条款的任何部分，请停止使用本平台。

Welcome to Redai AI Model Aggregator ("the Platform"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Platform operator. By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform.

本平台提供多模型聚合对话服务，整合主流大语言模型（包括但不限于DeepSeek、通义千问、文心一言、讯飞星火、智谱GLM、字节豆包、昆仑天工等），为用户提供统一的对话交互界面。服务内容包括：

The Platform provides a multi-model aggregated chat service, integrating major domestic and international large language models (including but not limited to DeepSeek, Qwen, ERNIE Bot, Spark, GLM, Doubao, Tiangong, etc.), offering users a unified conversational interface. Services include:

• 多模型同时对话与比较
• Simultaneous multi-model conversations and comparison
• 历史对话记录查询与管理
• Chat history search and management
• 联网搜索增强功能
• Web search enhancement
• 文档上传与解析
• Document upload and parsing

3. 用户账户

3. User Accounts

3.1 使用本平台部分功能需要注册账户。您必须提供准确、完整的注册信息，并有责任维护信息的及时更新。

3.1 Certain features of the Platform require account registration. You must provide accurate and complete registration information and are responsible for keeping it up to date.

3.2 您对账户下的所有活动负责。请妥善保管您的登录凭证，如发现任何未经授权的使用，应立即通知我们。

3.2 You are responsible for all activities under your account. Please safeguard your login credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3.3 您必须年满18周岁，或达到您所在司法管辖区法律规定的签订合同的最低年龄。

3.3 You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction to enter into a contract.

4. 用户行为规范

您同意不会利用本平台从事以下行为：

You agree not to use the Platform for the following:

• 生成违法、有害、骚扰、诽谤、淫秽或其他令人反感的内容
• Generating illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content
• 侵犯他人知识产权、隐私权或其他合法权益
• Infringing upon intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of others
• 传播恶意软件、病毒或其他有害代码
• Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• 尝试未经授权访问本平台系统或其他用户账户
• Attempting unauthorized access to Platform systems or other user accounts
• 对本平台进行反向工程、爬取数据或自动化滥用
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or automated abuse of the Platform
• 利用本平台输出从事任何违法活动
• Using Platform outputs for any illegal activities

5. 付费与订阅

5. Payments and Subscriptions

5.1 本平台提供免费和付费套餐。付费套餐的具体功能、价格和限制以购买时页面展示为准。

5.1 The Platform offers both free and paid plans. Specific features, pricing, and limitations of paid plans are as displayed at the time of purchase.

5.2 订阅费用将在每个计费周期开始时从您指定的支付方式中扣除。您可以在当前计费周期结束前随时取消自动续费。

5.2 Subscription fees will be charged to your designated payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the end of the current billing cycle.

5.3 价格可能因促销活动、汇率波动而调整。任何价格变更将在下一个计费周期生效，我们将通过合理方式提前通知您。

5.3 Prices may be adjusted due to promotions or exchange rate fluctuations. Any price changes will take effect in the next billing cycle, and we will notify you in advance through reasonable means.

6. 退款政策

6.2 超过7天后，退款申请将按以下规则处理：

• 月度订阅：优先按剩余token数量比例退款（扣除已使用天数的费用和相应的手续费）
• Monthly subscription: Pro-rated refund primarily based on remaining tokens (deducting used days and corresponding processing fees)
• 年度订阅：优先按剩余token数量比例退款（扣除已使用月份的费用及20%手续费）
• Annual subscription: Pro-rated refund primarily based on remaining tokens (deducting used months and a 20% processing fee)

6.3 如因本平台服务重大故障导致无法正常使用超过72小时，您有权申请余额退款或相应的服务期补偿。

6.3 If the Platform experiences a major service outage exceeding 72 hours, you have the right to request a pro-rated refund or corresponding service period compensation.

6.4 退款申请请通过以下方式提交：发送邮件至 alon413586949@qq.com，注明账户用户名和购买记录。我们将在3个工作日内回复确认。

6.4 To request a refund, please email alon413586949@qq.com with your account username and purchase record. We will respond within 3 business days to confirm.

7. 服务可用性

7. Service Availability

7.1 我们将尽商业上合理的努力维持服务的可用性，但不保证服务不会中断或错误。服务可能因维护、升级、第三方依赖故障或不可抗力事件而暂时不可用。

7.1 We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, third-party dependency failures, or force majeure events.

7.2 第三方AI模型服务的可用性和响应质量不在我们的直接控制范围内。当上游模型服务不可用时，我们将尽力通知用户。

7.2 The availability and response quality of third-party AI model services are beyond our direct control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users when upstream model services are unavailable.

8. 知识产权

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 本平台的代码、设计、商标、品牌标识等知识产权归平台运营方所有，受适用法律保护。

8.1 The Platform's code, design, trademarks, brand identity, and other intellectual property belong to the Platform operator and are protected by applicable laws.

8.2 用户通过本平台输入的内容以及生成的输出内容，其知识产权归属适用以下原则：用户在遵守本条款的前提下，对自身的输入和输出内容拥有所有权。但用户授予本平台必要的许可，以便我们提供、维护和改进服务。

8.2 Regarding the intellectual property of user inputs and AI-generated outputs: Users own their inputs and outputs, subject to compliance with these Terms. However, users grant the Platform a necessary license to provide, maintain, and improve services.

8.3 请注意，不同AI模型对生成内容的权利可能有不同规定。对于通过本平台调用的第三方模型生成的内容，建议您同时参考相应模型提供商的使用条款。

8.3 Please note that different AI models may have different provisions regarding generated content rights. For content generated through third-party models via the Platform, we recommend also referring to the respective model provider's terms of use.

9. 免责声明与责任限制

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

9.1 AI生成的内容可能存在不准确、不完整或不当之处。本平台不对AI生成内容的准确性、可靠性、合法性作任何明示或默示的保证。用户应自行判断和验证AI输出内容。

9.1 AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. The Platform makes no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or legality of AI-generated content. Users should independently assess and verify AI outputs.

9.2 在适用法律允许的最大范围内，本平台不对任何间接、附带、特殊、惩戒性或结果性损害承担责任，包括但不限于利润损失、数据丢失、商誉损害等。

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or goodwill damage.

9.3 本平台在任何情况下的累计赔偿责任，不超过您在过去12个月内向本平台支付的总费用。

9.3 The Platform's aggregate liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total fees you paid to the Platform in the past 12 months.

10. 终止

10. Termination

10.1 您可以随时停止使用本平台并注销账户。

10.1 You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time.

10.2 如您违反本条款，我们有权暂停或终止您的账户，并保留追究法律责任的权利。对于因违反条款被终止的付费账户，退款将根据具体情况酌情处理。

10.2 If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and pursue legal remedies. For paid accounts terminated due to Terms violations, refunds will be handled at our discretion based on the specific circumstances.

11. 管辖法律与争议解决

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 本条款受中华人民共和国香港特别行政区法律管辖，但不适用其法律冲突规则。

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

11.2 因本条款引起的争议，双方应首先通过友好协商解决。协商不成的，任何一方可提交香港国际仲裁中心（HKIAC）按其仲裁规则进行仲裁。仲裁地为香港，仲裁语言为中文。

11.2 Disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for arbitration in accordance with its rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong, and the language of arbitration shall be Chinese.

12. 其他条款

12. Miscellaneous

12.1 本条款构成双方就本协议主题事项的完整协议，取代之前的所有口头或书面协议。

12.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter and supersede all prior oral or written agreements.

12.2 我们可能会不时修改本条款。重大变更将通过平台公告、邮件等方式通知您。修改后的条款公布后，您继续使用本平台即表示接受修改后的条款。

12.2 We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through Platform announcements, email, or other means. Your continued use of the Platform after the modified Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12.3 本条款任何条款被认定为无效或不可执行，不影响其余条款的效力。

12.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
